GIANTCO LIMTED is a Hong Kong company founded in 1993 and started off as an engine manufacturer with a factory located in Taiwan. Having re-located to this modern factory based in Jiangmen, its production began in 2004 with a capacity to assemble up to 10,000 units of motorcycles and scooters per month. More than half a million USD has been invested in key R&D and testing equipment including an emissions testing machine by PIERBURG.

With a quality assurance management system that is ISO 9001:2000 certified, we have also more than 10 products that have been granted EEC type-approvals. We are proud to be the first Chinese motorcycle manufacturer to obtain e1 type-approval from KBA in Germany. Since it is GIANTCO's strong belief that the best quality control is in-built, a stringent quality control system is implemented at every production level, coupled with off-work training and career improvement programmes for our staff. Using imported hi-tech testing equipment from Germany, Japan and Taiwan, our QC technicians test all of the key components piece-by-piece throughout our production process.

Our CNC Fabrication Centre houses more than 20 units of Taiwanese-made CNC machines together with a 3-dimensional Coordinate Measuring Machine by MITUTOYO. This heavy investment serves the purpose of manufacturing high precision engine parts to meet with our quality demands and it is an integral part of our continuing R&D effort using designs of Giantco origin.
